Digital Content Creator (Design and Copywriting)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Client’s social media strategy in collaboration with the Content Strategist.

  • Develop and execute the monthly social media content calendar.

  • Oversee day to day management of all social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok – with keen interest in exploring and keeping up with the latest social media channels and apps, and how they can be integrated into overall content strategy.

  • Audit and analyse social media presence, engagement, following, analyse social trends and data and measure success of social media campaigns to justify the value of social media in building the brand. · Develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness via creation of visual assets through photography, gifs, short video editing, stickers, stories m.

  • Work with marketing, creative teams and photographers and videographers to produce inspiring, creative, innovative multimedia content which promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching marketing objectives.

  • Ensure content created is optimised for platforms and adhering to best practice.

  • Conduct competitor research, brainstorm new and creative content growth strategies, identify trends and insights, and optimise content and performance based on insights.

  • Take ownership of community management (proactive and reactive).

  • Create monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

Skills
  1. Creative eye for visual and writing.

  2. Working knowledge of Photoshop, CANVA, Illustrator, Meta and video editing platforms m.

  3. Great multi-tasking capabilities and strong organisation skills.

  4. Creative thinker and resourceful problem solver.

  5. Solid understanding of social media trends, technologies and best practice and how they impact brand perception and performance.

  6. Extensive Knowledge of major social media platforms, principally: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok. 

  7. An understanding of Asian social networks is a plus, such as WeChat or Weibo.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. 2+ years in Social Media Marketing in-house or at media, marketing or advertising agencies.

  2. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

  3. Experience with management of social media platforms, email campaigns and website content. 

  4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
